After 30 years in this field, I decided it was time to get a blog going. There have been many developments over the last couple decades that have made multi-channel marketing both easier and sometimes more complex. What amazes me is how some of the fundamentals are still missed in the development of strategies, programs and campaigns. Not surprising given the speed at which we are moving in our various industries and careers.
